About the house: The house is 🚶 walking distance to campus, it&#;s also on a 🚌 bus stop if that&#;s your vibe and it has ample parking that is included in rent. It&#;s a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with an in-home washer/dryer. The room we&#;re looking to rent out is on the bottom floor with yours truly and those two bedrooms share a bath. Rent will be $/month plus utilities. I am attaching a link to the property on zillow which has all of the pictures. The available room is shown in pictures & and picture is the shared bath.
A little bit about us: Ashley is a rising senior at the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. She commutes to Raleigh on a weekend basis for work in the 🍔 restaurant industry. Lexi is a rising senior neuroscience and film double major. She is also a freelance sports photographer among many other things, she&#;s so involved. And I am a rising junior geography major with an environmental science minor. I am employed at Might as Well on Franklin and also do research at the climate center. We&#;re all very busy, 🎇clean, supportive, and respectful but always down to have a good ⌚time.
If you&#;re someone who is new to the area and looking for a solid group of roommates or even if you just waited too long for housing, feel free to hit me up. I know meeting in person and touring the house isn&#;t an option right now but I would be more than willing to do a Face⌚time tour or just to meet via that method.
