Hey 👨 guys! Still searching for someone to take over my fall sublease at Chapel Ridge while I’m studying abroad. Rent is $/month (negotiable) for a private bed and bathroom in a ~fully furnished~ 3-bedroom shared apartment with ALL utilitiesincluded, as well as internet and parking. CR is sending info about the 2 other roommates early next week, but I do know they will both be 👨 males. The Chapel Ridge website lists all the available amenities, which include but are not limited to a 🏊 pool, basketball court, tennis court, and fitness room.
