The house is located in Carrboro near Harris Teeter. It is on the F 🚌 bus line but there is also available parking at the house. The room will not come furnished but the living room and kitchen will. If $ is too much but you are willing to stay there until July st when the lease ends then I am willing to negotiate a lower price if necessary.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
