My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join us in a 3 bed/2 bath condo at W Rosemary. The condo is super close to campus and 2 minutes down the road from Shortbread (only min 🚶 walk to campus and 2 minutes from Franklin St). The lease would start in July (if you wish to stay for two years that would be great but not required)! The room is $/month plus utilities and would include your own room (unfurnished) and a shared, large full bathroom. The common space (kitchen and living room) would be shared between the three of us.
The condo includes a washer and dryer, granite countertops, hardwood floors in common area and carpeting in the bedrooms. It also has its own rooftop patio. There is not parking on site but several 🍔 restaurants and businesses nearby offer parking spots and we can help you find one if needed.
