•Rent is up to $ monthly ($ rent, $ cable, $ washer/dryer, $ trash, $ 🌊 water, $ internet)
-Rent is paid online
•💡electricity is provided by Piedmont 💡electric Membership Corporation (paid separately)
-You will have to call and set-up 💡electricity with them (very simple process)
•Rent is paid ahead of ⌚time within the first five days of the month (i.e. January rent is due by Jan 5)
