Jul 2017: I lived at WaHu for a year and I loved it. The staff is super friendly and it's a pretty good experience overall. Loved the indoor rec, pool, and jacuzzi. A jacuzzi! The rooms are really well maintained and if anything ever goes wrong the maintenance staff is there before you know it.
The coffee machine was my best friend during the semester, especially finals week. The candies at the front office are a nice touch too!

Jun 2017: Moving in was a total hassle, and I got completely conflicting information from office staff. When I was picking out units I was told there would be no problem getting the one I wanted, which wasn't true at all. Also, I was not given any sort of reminder that the initial payment had to be certified check or money order. I also had a leak in the ceiling that required construction that took way too long to fix- I didn't have a usable bathroom for over 3 weeks.
I will say that the office staff seems to be much better- just all around more knowledgeable and helpful- since I toured and moved in. The location is great if you like to walk to class buildings and they do really nice events for residents (lots of free food!)
