Hi! I&#;m subleasing my shared bedroom at The Venue in Dinkytown for $ (utilities come out $/month) from May th- August th. It&#;s a great location - in front of Target, surrounded by 🍔 restaurants, 2 min 🚶 walk to 🚌 bus stop, min to light rail and min 🚶 walk to stone arch bridge! it is fully furnished as well, with an apple 📺 tv :) ! The apartment unit is a 3 person unit, and you would be living in the bedroom that is shared with one other person. She is a good friend of mine and a very kind person :)
