I’m looking for a subleaser for my private room in a 4 Bedroom 2 bath unit at University Commons. I have a gotten a position in my fraternity that requires I live in the house but I have ❤️loved living here. There are lots of great amenities!In the unit, shared bathroom with personal sink, spacious closet, in unit washer and dryer, dish washer, balcony, lots of kitchen counter space, dining table, and is all fully furnished. The apartment building also has a lot of amazing amenities such as super close proximity to the light rail, a 🏊 pool, work out facilities, available indoor or outdoor parking, game rooms, and a very helpful maintenance team.
