I am looking for a 👩 female to Re-let (which means you will have official papers) my 1BR in a 4BR apartment located on the 4th floor at Huron Boulevard for a lease starting from September for the next academic year. The house is located 2 blocks from buses, campus connector, light rail, and 5 more min to the University of Minnesota East Bank Campus. The rent does not include utilities which are about to $. The fitness and recreational center has all their amenities included in this rent.
The apartment comes fully furnished. The room comes with a desk, dresser, bed frame, queen size mattress. There is a 🚶 walk in closet. The room has a high ceiling which makes it spacious with a nice big window for plenty of natural light. You will share the bathroom with one other roommate but you will have your individual sinks and cabinet space with a nice big mirror and changing area. There is a door between the living room and this area which makes it nice and private. I shut both that door and my room door for sleeping. The living room comes with a washer and dryer, couch, chairs, dining and coffee table, a 📺 tv and a nice balcony. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, ☢ microwave, 💡electric stove and plenty of cabinet space.
The 3 other roommates are year old 👩 female undergrads who are very warm and helpful. They have so far been very considerate in terms of noise levels because I am a grad student. They have 2 beautiful cats as ESAs that make for great company!
