I am subleasing my room in a house in Dinkytown. It will be available January 1st and I am subleasing through the spring semester (willing to do through summer as well). This includes a parking spot in a parking lot behind the house! The house is a duplex and we have the main floor and basement. You would have your own room on the main floor and share a bathroom with 1 other 👩 girl and there is laundry in the basement. There are 4 other 👩 girls living here right now and they are amazing! If you&#;re from out of town, Dinkytown is an awesome town right next to campus. It has tons of places to eat, shop, etc. and you are only a 5-minute 🚶 walk to campus. Rent is $/month + cable and 💡electricity (usually around $). I will be covering the subleasing fee and ⛽gas is included! If need be, a queen bed with a frame can be provided (not the bed pictured)!
