We are a household of three adults in search of a fourth roommate to fill a spot in our completely furnished four bedroom, two bathroom, square foot home!
The house is located in Columbia Heights on the northern edge of Northeast Minneapolis, conveniently located close to Central Avenue 🚌 bus lines, great parks, 🚶 walking trails, 🍔 restaurants, and grocerystores. It features large bedrooms, all wood floors, off-street parking, a workout room with wall mirrors, a dishwasher, garage with spacious attic, 3 season porch, finished tiled basement, washer and dryer, a ton of storage space, and more!
The house is completely furnished as far as furniture and basic life/house stuff so it’s 🏆best if you don’t have a ton of furniture and belongings aside from personal bedroom/bathroom. We do have some storage available in the basement or garage attic if you have other items that you’d like to keep but we don’t have space for.
We have one cat and will not be accepting a person who has 🐕 pets. no couples and kids/infants please.
Details:
-Lease ⌚timeline, move-in date whenever (sooner the better!) until July with option to possibly renew for another year.
-Initial security deposit of $ due at lease signing.
-Rent is $ a month, plus an additional $ a month for 💡electric,⛽gas, and internet, ⌚time of year depending.
-House is responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
