Hey there! My house is looking for a fourth roommate starting 9/1 in our new 4 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. Rent is $/month + ⛽gas/elec. The house is in the Como neighborhood near the U of M campus, but far enough away that it’s pretty quiet. It was newly renovated and is beautiful, plus having off-street parking, free in-unit laundry, and being near 🚌 bus lines. You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. We’re three 👩 girls in our mid-s who are grad students and one adorable dog. We like plants, music, etc. We cannot allow cats due to allergies (but dogs are OK), and would like to find a roommate that is LGBTQ+ friendly and liberal.
