More about the place...there are 3 other 👩 femaleroommates(4 people total in this apartment) that live here, all of them are undergrads still in school pursuing different majors.
The other roommates would prefer to have another 👩 femaleroommate.
We have coin operated laundry machines(also a laundry mat less than a block away).
There is a garage to store your 🚴 bike.
You will also get an off street parking spot.
This place only lets small caged 🐕 pets live here upon landlord&#;s approval.
The landlord for this property is super nice! If there&#;s ever a problem with anything involving the house, text him and he will most likely be there within the hour. He also shovels in the winter and mows the grass in the summer. You won&#;t find a better landlord then this 👨 guy!
This room is available as soon as possible! If you like the place, you can renew your lease for next year!
