We&#;re looking for a grad student/professional to join our household living in an &#;s fully furnished, remodeled home. There are lots of common rooms, hardwood floors, sunshine, antique furniture, high end appliances and large bathrooms and closets. Prices range for $ to $ including everything. Our house is quiet for studying, but there is usually someone around to chat with. We try to do something together once a week because we want to live as friends, not as strangers. Usually it is Sunday dinner or game night. We keep the house very 🎇clean: everyone has a 🎇cleaning job done once a week. We keep our kitchen immaculate. Ours is a living situation that provides and an immediate circle of friends committed to supporting one another in the hard and often isolating work of grad School. We also have a darling cocker spaniel named Daisy and a Russian Blue cat named Violet.
