The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. I am looking to sublease my apartment for June 1st- August. There is an indoor parking garage for cars if you are interested in buying a parking pass. In addition, 🚴 bikes can be kept in the garage for free. The apartment is located about min from the UMN East bank campus. Following the guidelines established by the state, there is an exercise room that will open in June. Finally, there is an outdoor courtyard. Currently, there is no one else in the apartment. However, my roommates have said that they may return this summer. If so, I share a room with one 👨 male and another 👨 male has his own room. Although my listing price is $, I am willing to negotiate.
