The apartment is in a great location on East bank. The area is very lively with lots of 🍔 restaurants and coffee shops on the street. It is a five minute 🚶 walk from the light rail station, and is less than a minute ride to downtown Minneapolis. Building amenities include a free coffee bar, exercise room, free printing and parking is $ a month. We also have access to the 🏊 pool at Wahoo for free, which is a few blocks down. We are only accepting applicants who are women, as the women subletting the other room have requested. Please email if interested, and the price can be negotiated.
