Hi, I&#;m looking to sublease my apartment for the Summer (May-July or June-July - whichever works). The apartment complex is Towne Club Condominiums right off of Milledge. I am a recent UGA graduate and I plan to move back home for more job opportunities. The apartment is unfurnished, but the other roommates will have furniture for the living room. I am also willing to sell any of the furniture in my room for a cheap price. The townhouse has three bedrooms with two on the top floor and one on the bottom. The bedroom that is available is one of the top floor ones. The room is very spacious with lots of storage space and a 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment is within 🚶 walking distance from downtown and campus (roughly a min 🚶 walk to campus). Two UGA 🚌 buses have stops right outside of the complex (Health Sciences and Milledge Ave). There is a 🏊 pool in the neighborhood. The other roommates are college 👩 girls who are 🎇neat and friendly (LGBT+ friendly space as well).
Rent is $ + utilities which tend to be around $ per person.
