Complex is called Towne Club, run through Club properties. Located right off of Milledge. It&#;s a minute 🚶 walk to campus, minute 🚶 walk to 5 points. There&#;s a Kroger a 5 minute drive away along with a variety of 🚶 walkable 🍕 food. Health Sciences 🚍 bus stop is directly outside the complex, and there&#;s a milledge 🚍 bus stop about a few minute 🚶 walk down the road.
Apartment is an upstairs unit, 2nd and 3rd floors. Includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen, small porch, and parking. 3 roommates are 👨 guys, but 2 of them never seem to be home. All 3 are good 👨 guys and I haven&#;t had problems with any of them.
The room is on the 3rd floor so no noisy upstairs neighbors. Big enough closet for whatever you wanna put in there. I have a full sized bed in here but there&#;s space for a Queen. The room you will be renting shares a bathroom
Rent is /month, utilitiesnot included. Including utilities I pay around /month. For the excellent location that it is in I believe it is worth it.
