Jul 2018: Lived here for a year and it was my favorite apartment during my time in Athens. I placed in a work order to fix my AC in the middle of Summer and the facility workers came the next day to fix it. Rooms are spacious and for the most part it is a quiet neighborhood at a great location. Review from Google
Oct 2016: Really severe roach problem and THE worst place I have ever stayed. My apartment is infested with roaches, and I have killed 10+ roaches since staying here (not including my roommate's roach encounters). When I told the landlord, she called an exterminator to come spray for us for one day, which yielded no result, as I have seen many roaches since. Also, the apartment is very run-down, old, and the bathroom and window panes were left dirty with mildew for the incoming tenants to clean. The rooms are unreasonably small and just barely have enough space to fit a queen sized bed and desk.

Jun 2015: I am subleasing at an apartment here in Towne Club for June and July while I take a class. A little over two weeks ago, we noticed that the AC wasn't working as well -- it was getting up to 78 and 79 during the day. Gradually, the AC stopped working altogether. It has been in the 80s in our apartment for the past two weeks. We have been calling the office nonstop and the maintenance guy has been coming to our place constantly, but none of his quick fixes have made any difference. The staff in the office doesn't seem worried at all about getting this issue resolved. Even today, I called the office around noon and they said they were sending the maintenance guy over soon. He never showed.

Jun 2010: I lived in Towne Club for 2 years in college. I didn't realize how much I was missing until I moved out and into another complex. Parking is horrible, especially on game weekends because there is no parking enforcement, nor anyone in the office to contact if your car gets blocked in. Office hours seem to vary and you're never really sure when they'll be back from lunch. Maintenance was always very nice and helpful. Just be ready to call them often because between bugs, water heater problems, W/D issues, and leaking apartments from above they saw a lot of us. Review from Google
