One room available (specifically bedroom C on the right of the unit and floorplan photo) and private bathroom in a fully furnished unit at a discounted rate available ASAP through the end of July at The Standard Athens; one of Athens’ most well known and nicest student housing complexes in the city. Only a 5 minute 🚶 walk from downtown, a minute 🚶 walk to North Campus and just a few more minutes longer to the central campus, the stadium, and Tate Student Center. Unit has two 👨 maleroommates both aged around or so and is a third floor “deluxe†apartment, so larger than other 3x3s, while it also has a balcony. Wooden floors in the kitchen and living room with a carpeted bedroom. Color scheme is warm and comfortable.
Amenities include a gym and racquetball court, study rooms and multiple computers with a printer, a locked package room, saunas, a golf simulator, poker, 🏊 pool, and foosball tables, and a beautiful rooftop 🏊 pool with tons of lounging area and a massive 📺 tv at the end of the 🏊 pool. Each resident has two guest bands for guest access to the rooftop 🏊 pool.
Roommates are extremely friendly, respectful, very easy to get along with, relaxed, and always keep the apartment very 🎇clean. I only moved out because I transferred to an out of state school. no issues with noise and never have any maintenance issues. Bedroom has a queen bed, a good sized desk and chair, very large bathroom, and a spacious 🚶 walk in closet with several shelves. January rent is already paid so even if a tenant moved in during January, it would be free for the remainder of the month. 🌊 water and power not included and are usually about $ a month and parking is always available even without a reserved spot and is $ a month.
*Notes: Photos of the interior are stock photos but are identical to the unit I am offering other than the kitchen, which is much larger in the actual unit with an L shaped counter an island with three chairs instead of a U-Shaped kitchen counter with 2 chairs. Also, may be willing to slightly negotiate on the rent, although if so not by a significant amount.
