Jun 2019: This place is awesome. We had to spend a night in Athens and I searched online for places to eat. I picked an Italian restaurant that closed earlier than regular hours and we started to look for a place to eat. We found this one and we couldn't be more happy. I had the grilled pork chop and my husband had the shrimp & grits. Both were delicious and the portions were very generous. We shared the southern bruschetta and we liked it a lot. Review from Google
May 2019: Great service and food. Mimosas were okay, and the tables were a bit close together for my preference. The bottom level of the restaurant looked more comfortable, but it was full, so we were put upstairs in the bar area. There were TVs everywhere, which isn't ideal for a girl's morning out brunch trip, but I'm sure it was just the day and time we were there (Sunday at 11am). Mar 2019: I have lived in Mandyville for 2 years and have had absolutely no issues. Landmark has always been prompt and professional. Any service requests were completed quickly and the staff has always been just as quick and professional. Mar 2019: I love living in the neighborhood that I live in. The neighbors are great, the pool being so close is also a plus. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I don’t know if I could find a better house in Athens for the price that I pay here. Overall I would recommendMar 2019: I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Landmark. They have been very accommodating and friendly. Even my tour guide Joe McGee did a fantastic job and was able to answer all our questions, and sold me and my friends on our apartment.Mar 2019: Pretty good so far. Location is alright but I would recommend getting a security system. Different people own the houses so the quality of wood and appearance from the outside depends on how the owner takes care of the house.Mar 2019: Oliver helped me figure out the resident portal, so I can start to pay online! He was a lot of help and made figuring out the system very easy! Great customer service!Jan 2018: The house was fine, though we always had issues with our AC and once our AC was out for a month in the summer before they fixed it. The rental agency was probably the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly a pain, always making mistakes, and generally unpleasant to deal with. I talked to my neighbors there who felt much the same (especially with their AC problems) Save yourself the hassle and rent with someone else. You’ll be glad you did. My daughter was forced to evacuate her loft apt in The Cotton Exchange due to a major infestation of GERMAN ROACHES. Landmark promised for weeks that they were treating for these bugs, but we eventually found out (from the exterminator) that the pest control company had never even been to the unit. We were then told that they could not get rid of the GERMAN ROACHES, and that our daughter would have to physically carry the traps that were set to an offsite dumpster herself, EVERY SINGLE DAY! It was at this point that we found her a new place to live, that was and continues to be bug free. We had no choice...she had bugs inside of her bed, and had bite marks from them on her ankles. YES, that is how bad it was.
Landma Review from GoogleFeb 2017: I was about to move in to takeover my friends lease and I asked them any more requirements before I signed. The staff tells me last minute and I couldn't move in on time to takeover my friends lease in December. They were very unclear and vague. The miscommunication is terrible!!! By far the worst realty company very unprofessional , don't come here ! Review from GoogleDec 2016: Landmark Athens is one of the most obviously dysfunctional and poorly organized businesses I have ever had the displeasure of coming in brief contact with. Here is a list of some of the many frustrations I had as a tenant:
1) A part of my neighbor's roof fell off and it took them more than a month to even send someone to look at it. There was insulation and large pieces of metal everywhere. Their apartment was leaking and it wasn't repaired for several months.
2) They allowed the pool cleaner to hook up a hose to multiple units' spickets, including mine, in order to attempt to clean the green/yellow/brown petri dish of a pool causing the water bills to quintuple in price. We had to try to navigate their bureaucracy of idiotic employees to not foot the bill. Feb 2015: My four roommates and I love our house and it's the perfect size! The laundry room is huge and you have the option to paint your bedroom walls is you want. Landmark is really easy to work with and they help us right away if we ever need anything. Overall great place to live and we already resigned our lease to live there again! Review from Google
