Because me and 2 of my roommates will go back to our country, we are looking for someone to take over our leases at the end of March . (4th roommate is a Japanese 👨 male-very nice person. He will keep staying)
I live in The Park Lakeside in 4bedroom, 2bathroom apartment.
The rent is $ and includes 🌊 water,wifi and maintenance. It is fully furnished apartment with bed, dresser, desk and chair in the rooms.
Plus, in the kitchen there is washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, stove and ⛄ fridge. The living room has a dining area, couches and tables.
Also, the building is very close to 🚌 bus stop. (🚌 bus comes generally in every mins)
They also have -hour fitness center, swimming 🏊 pool, sand volleyball court, tennis and basketball court. The complex also has computers and printers in the management office.
