The rent is $/month+Utilities(All utilitiesincluded except for 💡electric). Looking for a 👩 female to take over my lease! Athens Transit is in front and a -minute drive from campus. Gym, 🏊 pool, Basketball court, Study rooms, etc. Currently, there is only one very nice 👩 girl living in it, and the other two roommates will not live in the apartment in Spring semester.
