-I have 3 current roommates who most likely will not be present during the summer so you will have the apartment to yourself mostly. Our unit has a balcony which is a perk along with parking and elevator access.Your parking spot will be in the building which is very convenient in terms of 🚶 walking proximity. Campus as well as the North/South UGA Campus 🚌 bus Stop is about a minute 🚶 walk from the complex (Right across the street and pass the parking lot). Very convenient. Downtown Athens is 🚶 walking distance as well.
**Move-In date is negotiable, we can work something out if the day isn’t idea for you; And if you&#;d prefer a 2-month lease for June & July as opposed to May, June, & July that can also be arranged**
