Some apartment features: it comes fully furnished, with a washer and dryer, everyone gets their own bathroom, 🐕 pet friendly. It&#;s on the 3rd floor right next to an exit so its easy access to get in and out of the building. Big living room window and view of Oconee St. Large covered balcony as well.
Apartment complex features: 5 minute 🚶 walk to downtown and to North Campus of UGA, also less than a 5 minute 🚶 walk to the Multi-Modal center which is a big 🚍 bus hub for all of Athens. Complex has a really nice rooftop 🏊 pool and full gym, 🕶️ tanning bed, basketball court, and more. There are study rooms and a game room as well. Right next to Oconee River Greenway if you like to 🚶 walk/run/🚴 bike.
DISCOUNTED Pricing: Rent usually comes to around $ for me and comes with all utilities except 💡electricity which comes to around $ per month. Parking is also $ a month.
I would charge ONLY $ for the apartment, and I would cover your 💡electric bill AND parking space for the summer. You can move in as early as May , and would get the rest of May FOR FREE! You would just pay the $ for June and July.
I believe lease-end and move out is July .
