I’m looking for a 👩 female to take over my lease at the flats! The apartment is fully furnished with a full sized kitchen and private bathrooms. On site the complex has a 🏊 pool, gym, and lounges with 🏊 pool tables to relax in. Each floor has its own study spaces with free printing which were just renovated. You would be getting two awesome (👩 female) roommates who like to both be social and have alone ⌚time. They have a sweet cat who spends most of the ⌚time in his owners bedroom but ❤️loves snuggles! Utilities are included except 💡electric which has a credit applied to it by management and overflow is divided between roommates. Please let me know if you’re interested or have any questions!
