We are subleasing a cute four bedroom house a half mile from UGA campus and even closer to downtown. There is a downstairs room and an upstairs room for rent, each having their own private bathrooms and big closets. It would be perfect for two friends looking to move in together, however you can still sublease just one of the rooms if you want if its just you looking. The two 👩 girls currently living there are super friendly, and one has a small dog and a cat but they usually just hang out in her room upstairs.
