Hello, we are looking to relet/ sublease the remainder of our lease for the upcoming spring semester. The apartment is a three bedroom unfurnished flat with spacious common area and river view balcony. The apartment is open for 👨 male or 👩 female residents. We have ❤️loved living here, the complex is within 🚶 walking distance to campus, as well there is a UGA campus 🚍 bus stop. We have lived here for a year and have enjoyed the convenience of location, the staff are all friendly and welcoming. We are sad to have to move but we have another roommate moving in with us, therefore we are having to upsize.
