This is a fully furnished January - July lease takeover. I would like to move in with my 💕 👩 girlfriend which is the reason for the takeover and will be leaving the majority of the kitchen supplies as well so you don&#;t need to bring much. There is currently one other roommate who is a full ⌚time student and works a full ⌚time job so he is rarely there and you would mostly have the place to yourself. The place does have a washer and dryer as well as a dish washer. Things included are internet, cable, and water. The only thing you will be responsible for paying is 💡electric which is split between you and the other roommate which typically runs - dollars. This place is right next to campus as well as a max minute 🚶 walk to the heart of down town Athens so it is in a prime location. There are also many parks and nature trails (the Greenway) right by so if you like the outdoors there is plenty to offer.
