I lived in their Cross Creek Apartments and I never had an issue. They always put their tenants first and respond within 24 hours whenever I have a request or question. The rooms in the 4 Bedroom apartments were the perfect size and I loved having people over. Great place to live!
Review from 6/8/17 on GoogleSep 2016: I lived at Cross Creek for my last two years of undergrad and it was great! It's a short walk to the bus stop (5-7 minutes depending on how fast you walk) and the Athens Transit bus schedule combined with the UGA bus tracking app were reliable. I shared a 4 bedroom apartment and we didn't have space issues. There's a bonus room on the lower level where the laundry is located that was perfect for storage. The lower level is significantly cooler than the upper throughout the year, so I suggest living upstairs if you don't like the cold and downstairs if you don't like the heat. It worked out nicely with my roommates.
Review from 9/8/16 on Apartment RatingsAug 2016: I lived in Cross Creek Apartments from August 2014-July 2016 in a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Cross Creek is one of the best apartments in Athens! Management is amazing and very responsive! They own both Cross Creek and Surrey Square and Jeff, the landlord, lives in Surrey Square. Both are small complexes, so any complaints or questions are answered very quickly. Maintenance requests are completed in record time - our AC broke a few months after we moved in and it was replaced in less than 36 hours. We loved our first year so much that we referred many friends to move in for the next year.

The complex is very well kept and maintenance requests are repaired within 2-3 business days. The Green family makes their tenants their highest priority. The units are clean and the bedrooms are very large. All kitchens are newly renovated and the appliances work like new. The complex is always calm and quiet and the landscape is beautiful. Aug 2015: I lived at Cross Creek for two years and I absolutely loved it! The Green family treated me like a was apart of their family. All maintenance calls were answered immediately and all maintenance repairs were resolved within two business days. The kitchens are newly renovated and all the appliances work like new. They even helped me mount my TV and the pools are well kept. Pest control is included, they come quarterly and come on call when you need them. The staff is great and I highly recommend them!!
