I am looking for someone to take over my lease for at Cobb Hill. I no longer need my apartment for the academic year. The apartment is in great condition, excellent location, only mins 🚶 walking to downtown and mins 🚶 walk to campus. There is room for two people to live here (a couple). Utilities are not included in the rent, only garbage and recycling are included. Each apartment has one parking space allotted to it, and there are plenty of guest spots available each day.
