The description is a teeny-but exaggerated; Obviously this apartment is not the “epicenter of superb living,†but it is a relatively solid apartment for a little privacy at a decent price, and better than the reviews suggest—at least my apartment is.
While there is no in-unit w/d, the apartment is conveniently located a few feet from the laundry room, as well as the fitness room (emphasis on “roomâ€). There are no bugs in the apartment and maintenance sprays the building weekly and the apartments monthly.
The apartment includes everything pictured except one of the 📺 tvs and the computer, and I will sell the queen mattress for $ ($ w/ platform frame). I just bought the mattress in September and it’s pretty damn comfortable. It’s also been kept in a mattress cover.
It’s a quiet apartment with quiet neighbors in a safe and steadily-improving building. 🐕 pets are allowed but I don’t know those details. I’m moving for work. Texts preferred.
