ONE MASTER BEDROOM AVAILABLE NOW
Hi there! I am a recent graduate of UGA and I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January-July. I am moving out because I need to be closer to work. I live in a 3 bedroom house with two roommates. Both of my roommates live upstairs and I live downstairs in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is SO SPACIOUS; it has its own bathroom and a 🚶 walk in closet. There is also a bonus room off of the master bedroom, which would be a perfect office space or craft room. Two rooms for the price of one! My roommates are very friendly and 🎇clean, but if you are wanting full privacy, the master bedroom has its own private entrance. There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen, front porch, and a large backyard with a fire pit (lawn maintenance included). There are two driveways, and there is always a lot of street parking. The house is in a great location, its close to campus and there is an Athens Transit 🚍 bus stop essentially right outside the front door. Its also close to the Greenway and a couple of package stores.
The rent is $/month, utilities are not included.
