I have a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom fully furnished apartment that I am looking to sublease from early May to mid August this summer. (There&#;s a futon in one room and a queen bed in the other). The apartment is part of the Wynwood, on the corner of th St. and SW 2nd Ave, meaning it&#;s less than 1.3 miles from the law school, and not much further from main campus. Rent for the entire apartment is $/month with 🐕 pets or $ without. To clarify, I&#;m looking to sublease the entire apartment, as I live alone.
There&#;s plenty of free parking right outside this ground level apartment, and it&#;s a very pet-friendly complex. Other amenities include: a 🏊 pool; a gym with free weights, a treadmill, and an elliptical; an in-unit two-in-one washer/dryer, and a patio with plenty of plants (including mint, lemon-balm, and basil!) and some patio lounge chairs.
