The Standard in a private room/bath in a 3x3. It’s per month, everything included. I’ll be totally moved out by December th so you can take it over then, the lease lasts from january-august. Our place is totally furnished and we’re leaving everything, including our furniture, the 📺 tv in my room, and extra stuff so you’ll have tons here already and won’t have to buy new things! As of now only one of us is staying (Amelia, she’s amazing) and the other room will be vacant since my other roommate hasn&#;t found another sublease yet. Its RIGHT across the street from campus and in a building with 🍔 restaurants/orange theory/target/starbucks under it, plus a rooftop 🏊 pool and tons of hangout spots. Message me!
