I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for August 1st, - July t, (or beyond). I have been living here for 3 years and wanted to keep staying longer but got a job offer out of town that I will be moving for. This is a lease for one bedroom and private bath within a 3bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. Utilities are all included so you won’t worry about 💡electricity, 🌊 water,cable or internet!
The current roommate that renewed is very sweet and easy to live with! She has a cat so it is a 🐕 pet friendly unit!
