Hi! I am trying to sublease my apartment for the spring and summer semesters. The apartment is fully furnished with plenty of free parking right outside the building! I only live with 2 roommates right now even though it is a 4x4 and they are both fine but pretty quiet, they keep to themselves mostly. The complex is very nice, has a great gym, and a nice 🏊 pool. The Pavilion is right by oaks mall so it would be perfect for anyone working near there or even UF/Santa Fe students! Message me if you are interested!
