Hi, Loading...

Dec 2017: "The Noob" I wish I could give a zero star. The management was somewhat good at first but after renovation they aren't as good. They should have named the apartment "The Noob" that's what they really are. The front staff really doesn't give a damn about what happens to your apartment. There is one guy at the front desk listening to music while at work and doesn't know or care how to behave professionally. Maintenance sucks too. Several times they either maintenance guys don't have the right key or they have some other excuse. I hope after reading this you don't trap yourself here. Trust me you can find better apartment homes at this cost. Also, there is this crazy charge of $300 for subleasing that they will not tell you at when you sign the lease. This is the second time I felt like I needed to review this apartment to let other people know a Review from Google
Oct 2017: Although we came in with a couple of problems in our apartment, the front staff and maintenance staff were so sweet and worked extra hard (even after their shifts were over!) to help us out and remedy the issues. They're always super kind and welcoming when we come into the office as well. Our apartment is spacious and the furniture is great. I don't know why people complain about the new management because they seem to really know what they're doing! Review from Google
Aug 2017: I wish I could give negative rating say -5 stars or so. The new management and staff are terrible and extremely rude. They tell you to leave when you complain about anything and treat you as if they are doing a favor by letting you live there. I was an old and happy resident(when it was managed by collier companies and named Gateway at Glades) and so I renewed my lease at a super hiked but way less deserved price. The new furniture is terrible and nothing as it looks in the pictures. There is no storage space in the study table or the side table. The Bed is shaky and It makes noise when you try climbing it(as they are too high). The only good thing about the place is its proximity. Although there are better and cheaper options available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. Review from Google
Mar 2017: Noise: Gateway at glades is located near a busy road. In addition, the pool and volleyball facilities are just beside some apartment houses. Constant noise of people playing volleyball throughout the week, plus the noise by gossips near jacuzzi/pool have made my stay very bad. 2. Staff: The room class that I had selected is different from the one I am living in now. This is not because of unavailability, but a staff member who "forgot" to add our details in the system on time. Similar issue happened with one of my roommates who was later given some gifts for appeasement. 3. Maintenance: The room conditions were good and the maintenance is quick to act. Aug 2016: I moved over from campus club ( which is the worst place to ever live) into a 3/3 gateway apartment. At first I was terrified of the possibility of receiving my apartment how I did at campus club. The apartment was spotless, everything looked as it did in the model and we were extremely pleased by this. Also, the management is extremely understanding and kind. The manager asked us right away if the place was fine and that if we needed anything to contact him. Also, the leasing specialist who assisted us is more than kind and extremely helpful. I have been living in my apartment for 2 weeks now, and I am nothing but happy with our new home. Review from 8/22/16 on Apartment Ratings
