I’m looking for someone (👩 female) to take over my lease or sublease for the Fall semester at The Nine starting August 1st or September 1st! It&#;s a 4/4, 🚶 walking distance from campus, rent is $ and I will pay the lease takeover/sublease fee so you don&#;t need to worry about that! My room is in a fully furnished, 4 bedroom apartment on the second floor (there are 2 elevators should you need them) with a private bathroom and a 🏊 pool view. There is a 📺 tv in the living room, an in-house washer and dryer, and a full XL bed.
The Nine is a gorgeous complex less than a mile away from campus with amenities including a fully equipped gym, a zero-entry 🏊 pool, a community jumbotron, a 2 lane mini bowl, and even study rooms. Routes , , and stop right by the building and will take you to campus if you&#;d prefer to 🚌 bus rather than 🚶 walk.
Rent is $ a month with utilitiesincluded and no extra fees for the lease takeover/sublease
