The Nine is a gorgeous complex less than a mile away from campus with amenities including a fully equipped gym, a zero entry 🏊 pool, a community jumbotron, 2 lane mini bowl, and even study rooms. Routes , , and stop right by the building and will take you to campus if youd prefer to 🚌 bus rather than 🚶 walk.
My room is in a 4 bedroom apartment on the second floor (there are 2 elevators should you need them) with a private bathroom and a 🏊 pool view. There is a 📺 tv in the living room, an in-house washer and dryer, and I will leave all my kitchen utensils (including plates, cups, cutlery, pans, tupperware...) for your use. I will also be leaving a speaker you can use, a bookshelf and a desk organizer that will have a bit of space for your stuff, a vacuum, a couple 🎇cleaning supplies in the bathroom, and a laundry basket (my clothes will be % gone and the little I leave will be tucked in a corner leaving you plenty of space). The bed is a Full XL, please bring your own sheets, pillow, etc. You may assume you can use anything I leave behind unless I tell you otherwise. I have 3 roommates (👩 female) who have not decided whether they are staying, leaving, or subleasing, but please be prepared for the possibility of having roommates.
Rent is $ with unlimited 🌊 water use, but there are extra fees if the 💡electricity surpasses a certain amount (I cant remember the exact amount that must be exceeded but I usually dont have to pay more than $5). As for parking, there is free scooter parking, but I do not have a spot for car parking. The room will be available from April -August . If you have slightly different dates in mind we can talk about it. If you are interested please contact the number provided for information (its my mom, her name is Cecilia).
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
