Hi, I’m a grad student at UF who will be graduating soon and need to sublet my bedroom at the Enclave Apartments for the remainder of my lease ending July , . This is for 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment with *private bathroom* and comes furnished with bed, dresser, nightstand and desk and 🚶 walk in closet. The unit has a shared kitchen with stove and dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, and cable (incl HBO) and high speed internet are included in the rent. Resident parking with decal is included. Both roommates are great; UF students who are 🎇clean, courteous and easy to live with.
The Enclave is very convenient, under 2 miles to campus and has two 🚌 bus routes to UF with multiple stops inside the complex and with additional routes that stop just outside. Amenities include a newly renovated gym with hour access, free 🕶️ tanning bed, basketball court, 🏊 pool, study lounge, game room, and package lockers. Enclave is within 🚶 walking distance to an organic grocerystore as well as a variety of 🍔 restaurants and is minutes from Publix, Trader Joe’s, and Butler Plaza.
Rent is a month. Utilities (🌊 water,⛽gas, 💡electric) are billed separately but I will include a *$/month reimbursement* for utilities as part of the sublease agreement. The average cost of utilities has been about /month. Move in is flexible and can even be sooner.
