Sublease for one bedroom in the Oxford Manor town house layout building. It is the bottom floor room, which includes a queen bed, a bathroom, closet space, a desk, a dresser, and a bedside table. Around the corner is the kitchen and living area, and upstairs are the washer/dryer and two 👨 male UF roommates in senior year. The roommates are chill, understanding, and relatively conservative, so you won&#;t be bothered too much.
The pictures on this post are to give an idea of the layout of the place. The furniture we have is arranged differently, but there is still dining room table and chairs, 📺 tv, leather sofa&#;s etc.

As for the community, it is 🌉 gated. Parking is included, and the lot is never full. The gym is 🎇clean and has lots of equipment. There are 3 🚍 bus lines that go to UF, I&#;ve never had to wait more than minutes for a bus. You can 🚴 bike as well, the paths are really safe and 🎇clean.
I am looking to sublet because it would be cheaper to live in my home town with my classes online during COVID. Contact me if you&#;re interested. The sublet is from August -May , Fall and Spring semesters at UF.
