My roommate hasn&#;t found a subleaser yet so you may get to live alone in this 2/2! Price is originally $ (so I already marked off $) but I am willing to negotiate. Inside the apartment there is a large washing machine & dryer in a closet, nice kitchen with a dishwasher, and large windows that give great natural lighting during the day. It has a very homey feel to it. This apartment is originally unfurnished, but we can arrange as necessary if you want to borrow my furniture. If you call, please leave a short voicemail because I typically don&#;t answer random numbers unless they leave a voicemail(just say you&#;re calling about my apartment haha doesn&#;t have to be nothing fancy). Also, if you want to live with a friend I can get you in contact with my roommate who is also subleasing her room in our apartment. We are on the 2nd floor and a 2 MINUTE 🚶 walk from Library West AND Midtown! We have 2 parking spots and Looking Glass offers parking passes at the office for visitors.
