Apr 2017: Absolutely the worst place ever. Do not live here. Staff and management is rude and unhelpful. Constantly have smoke and pot smells that will give you cancer. Unfurnished, tiny, old, dirty, moldy, apartments that you have to pay all utilities for. Neighbors are rude, fat, 50 year old creeps. Only good ratings come from the staff who work here. Pathetic. Apr 2017: Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Illegal substances everywhere. Next to a frat house, so broken bottles to cut animals and children's toes all the time. Old --- apartments, overpriced, unfurnished. Show room is furnished and beautiful, LIES! You couldn't pay me to live in this craphole. Neighbors are rude, loud, smoke pot everyday, and are deadbeats.
