The apartment is a four bed, four bath apartment, run by Cabana Beach. This would be a sublease, with the utilitiesincluded. All furnishing are included, has a common area with Roku Smart 📺 tv, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and white cabinets (and new appliance), and an outdoor patio. (The apartment also has vaulted ceilings and w/d included in the apartment.) The bedroom would be bedroom A, the bedroom is spacious, and comes with a private bathroom, a desk, a large closet, and much more.
