Hello! I’m looking to sublease my amazing room at th Street Apartments! You’d have your own room and bathroom and the apartment is fully-furnished. Utilities are up to $/mo and they have have their own parking garage that only costs $/mo to park in if you have a car. It’s only a minute 🚶 walk to Heavener Hall and a 5 minute 🚶 walk to Publix or Krispy Kreme. There’s also 2 easy-access 🚌 bus routes if you’d prefer to 🚌 bus to the heart of campus. I live in the same building as the gym, the rec room, mail, 🏊 pool, and sublease office, so everything is extremely assessable from my apartment. I have a great view of the 🏊 pool! The room is big and there’s a 🚶 walk-in closet and chest-of-drawers, so plenty of space for your clothes and storage! My roommate will be here all summer and she has a cute cat so you won’t be lonely! We also have a washer/dryer in the apartment. And my roommate has a router so internet is free!
