May 2019: Car break ins happen all the time and the leasing office will not and refuses to do anything about it, they avoid the tenants. I did call the office at multiple times and days and still no answer. There is a perfectly good gate with cameras that don't even work but all the tenants are paying for that. Need new washer and dryers then need to upkeep the laundry room. My kid got so sick from the pool that he went to the E.R. so we need the pool maintenance to be routinely. Volleyball court has been damaged for about a year. The tenatnts are over it and talking about going to Ch. 13 and the police to take over that complex since management can't keep us secure. Friendly staff and people Review from GoogleJun 2018: I am a current resident and I like it here. For the most part it's quiet. Every now and again you hear the kids in the breezeway being a little loud but they are children. A lot has changed with the new management , but I think it has been for the better in most ways. The location is great and the rent s reasonable. My rent went up $45.00, but for the 1st time since I have lived here. Compared to other complexes on this side of town, it is the most affordable. The staff is friendly and efficient (atleast my experience with them). The maintainance team is nice and gets things done, which is a plus. The only complaint I have are the unacompanied children/minors at the pool. They tend to be disrespectful and unruly. It would be nice if that was monitored more often. When I have submitted my application (and pay application fee $170) they asked me for W2 as proof of income. At that point they are sure that I am below the income limit.
After 3 weeks they return to me and said you are not eligible for income because last pay-stubs are higher. They can mention that at the time of the application.
1- They refuse to refund me the application fee, even this is their mistake. I think they wanna steal money form people (application fee).

But when they are leaving notes on your door telling you you have a deadline on when to register for renwal online and not answer. How in the world are you suppose to cooperate. Oct 2017: LOVE IT, LOVE IT LOVE IT!!! Why??? Let's start with the grounds which are extremely beautiful. The landscaping is precise to where you get a feel of the tropics yet it still feels like home. The location is the most PRIME location I have experienced and seen within miles. Everything you think you would want and need within 1-2 miles, movie theater, dining, fast food, recreation, gym, and SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE???....WONDERFUL! I saved the best for last because no matter where you live, it will never feel like home unless you encounter a professional, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, respectable staff who definitely go above and beyond to accommodate whatever the situation may be. The have come up with ways to ding you every month with fees that increase your rent. They won't talk to you about service requests, they only take them online. They don't give bonus room paint or carpet upgrade for renewing your lease. The office is only open Monday through Friday, after 9:30 am and close before 5 pm. They are closed all weekend. It's too bad because they have a good location. Review from GoogleAug 2017: The customer service of a lady called Esmeralda is the worst thing I ever seen, I have worked customer service almost all my life and definitely this person is giving loss to the company, my cousins wanted some information before applying and the lady is 1) Writing the name of the company on the money order as she talks. 2) If she knows she doesn't give a good Spanish customer service, then why is she treating them like garbage? 3) Days passed and she did not call (as told) to provide the info she said she was going to have next day. 4) When my cousin went again to the office to obtain her numbers (deposit amount and/or extra fees) she was very sarcastic and ironic.

And in the past week I have been apartment searching before I step foot in to speak to the management office I like to look around the properties, to see how clean they are and how well maintained the property is. I did find that this property is the cleanest of all the properties I seen, the grounds are well taken care of and maintained. It shows that the maintenance crew is going beyond to do their job. The property looked safe Unfortunately I was unable to get an apartment here. But I will recommend this property to anyone.
Review from 3/10/16 on GoogleAug 2015: I have lived at Waterford pointe for two years now and it seems like the neighborhood is getting worse with the years. The first year the biggest complaint I had was that the maintaince crew would not yell "maintaince" after knocking on the door. So the couple of times that I was busy feeding my child or changing his diaper and could not open the door fast enough they would just open the door which really scared me. How would I know it was them and not someone trying to harm me? I took the complaint straight to the main office and ever since then I have told the office I don't want anyone to come to my apt.
Review from 8/30/15 on Apartment RatingsAug 2015: been living here for almost a year now and it's amazing there's no crime police walks around here every night which is very good then if you have a problem with something in your apartment they come and fix it right away. it's gated which is always a plus the only downfall is the gym isn't open 24/7 like most apartments and parking is not enough especially at night your more than likely not going to find a spot close to your apartment other downfall is you can't have a dog over 25 pounds no matter if it's a small dog but weights a lot :/
