The room is not the master bedroom so it is a bit smaller but the only difference is the size of the closet. The complex is a great place to live it&#;s very calm and very well taken care of. The house has a garden perfect for barbecues and spending ⌚time outdoors. The complex has a gym, a 🏊 pool, and a 🏊 pool house you can use for any parties or events. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The complex is conveniently located near ⛽gas stations, a complex with a Publix, Aldi, Starbucks, and several 🍔 restaurant. It is just 5 minutes away from Valencia and minutes away from 💛 UCF. This ad is only for one of the bedrooms but if you were interested in renting both bedrooms you could do that as well. The lease ends on July st but renewing is possible but the rent would become $ for the whole house. Although moving in on the 1st would be 🏆best you can move in earlier than that I would just need 3 days to empty and 🎇clean the house. Please let me know if you have any questions.
