Mar 2018: I have lived here for about a year and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. The neighborhood is clean, safe and friendly. Since I love with my sister and my 2 year old niece these were qualities that were non negotiable when looking for a place to live. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Nice place to live, kids can run and have fun. Parking for the residents, and trash service. Great employees at the office. Review from Google
Jan 2018: My wife and I moved here from VA and I honestly can say i feel like i made the right decision. The area is really safe, my wife comes home late at night and i'm not worried about anything. The people in the front office are super nice. During the summer they would go around the pool to make sure you were a resident or were with a resident. They have doggie bag spots all over so residents can pick up their dogs poop and put it in the garbage (some people are disgusting and disrespectful and don't pick up after their dogs). The maintenance people are fast and extremely friendly! We had some bugs during the summer but honestly you can live anywhere and have some bugs show up but we call the front office and they were so helpful to set up an appointment with the extermination man. The prices are overpriced for me just because its so much cheaper w Review from Google
Jan 2018: Would i recommend this apartment complex? NO and NO. Every month we call Maintenance to fix our AC. The whole year staying in this apartment complex is extremely horrible. We thought moving to this apartment could save us money, but guess what? We ended up paying more money. We use to live in Arden Villas and rooms are 3x bigger and everything is being run by electricity *stove, water heater etc... Park 9 has smaller rooms and everything is being run by electricity except for the stove and water heater. We were thinking that we could save up more money for electricity then but it turns out we pay 200 + dollars for electricity for a 2x2 apartment per month when we're barely home since we go to work and school. We never paid that much money in Arden Villas for electricity. We could set our AC 70 but never had to pay that much money. W Review from Google
Dec 2017: Worst place I have lived in. The employees have called and harassed my youngest sibling because the apartment was not “clean” and smelled “weird” — which is so culturally insensitive. The harassement came from us requesting to fix the drainage not working properly in the bathrooms and caused a funky smell. Besides fixing it, they have taken pictures of our apartment with personal cell phones, in which was shared with employees of the complex. The invasion of privacy is absolutely unacceptable. This is the same place that we pay to have the gates locked and they’re not, as the gates are open 24/7 since the day I moved in there. The trash compiles and it stinks outside the buildings and they complain about a private unit that had issues because of their faulty facilities. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I have been living at park 9 for about 4 years and couldn't be more satisfied. I have always been treated like i matter. Negative reviews are about parking only. Parking has been fix since than. Best place to live for ucf students. I recommended park9 to all my friends. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I can't say anything but good things about Park 9. The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. I love living here and would recommend it to families. I wish parking was better. And they are pet friendly I walk my dog every morning around the office and they know her name and always greet us. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I've been here for about 6 months and I love it. My neighbors are great, the complex is pretty, and the staff is super friendly. I love the pool and the clubhouse. I frequently use the computers and printer in the clubhouse and am always welcomed by the staff. They greet me and my kids by name and it definitely makes us feel at home. Highly recommend this complex if you're looking in the area and don't mind spending a little more for the safety and community of this complex. Review from Google

Nov 2017: I have lived at Park 9 since 2009. Park 9 has been nothing but a blessing for my family and I. Very friendly staff who take pride in their community. Very clean and organized as well as reaching out to the community to get to know us more. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the people are are delightful. The main office is very warming and the people there are ALWAYS able to access your need as fast as possible. Also a kid safe environment Review from Google
Nov 2017: It's okay. Price isn't bad. They will try to get as much money out of you as they can when moving out. The parking is as bad as everyone says and they'll tow you if you park in the grass area in front of the place. The only good thing about the place is maintains are fast. Oh, and be careful of the gates. I have seen many cars get hit by gates closing way to fast. They're no sensors like they should be from stopping the gate from hitting your car. Review from Google
Sep 2017: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Parking situation makes it horrible to live here. Least welcoming complex I've ever been apart of. No guest parking inside the guest from 11pm-7am and you WILL be towed for parking without one of the 2-3 decals you're given upon move in. No parking outside the gate anymore. Absolutely no way to have visitors passed 11pm. As a complex by UCF, where there are many roommates and many visitors, it's absolutely unfathomable. not worth it, don't waste your money on a complex that doesn't care about you at all. Edit: her response says they added more guest spots. They added 12 more. There are 22+ buildings in the complex and /maybe/ 40 guest spots Review from Google
Aug 2017: I honestly have not had a problem living here. Parking can be frustrating at times but my wife and I feel safe and have great people around us. I moved from Va not knowing what I was getting into but I really feel like i made the right choice. Maintenance is quick and very nice, we have roaches ever once in a while but its because of the rain, nothing you can do about that. Had some ants once but the exterminator comes every Wednesday and killed them, havent seen them since. Rent is a good price and the people at the front are nice. They have activities almost every month for the apartment community and the pool is always clean. I enjoy living here. Review from Google
May 2017: Do NOT make the mistake of moving into Park 9 apartments.. The office staff will FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU.. I can not wait till my lease is up and I can move from this HORRIBLE place..Parking is BEYOND A NIGHTMARE !! They will tow your vehicle EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR VEHICLE INFORMATION on your lease and it's ALL A SCAM !! They lie to get you to move in regarding all the complaints about parking and " How we're working with the city to increase parking " LIES. Review from 5/18/17 on Google
Jan 2017: My experience at Park 9 was incredible ! I was hesitant due to the reviews on here but as soon as I met with Angie and the team I knew I was in great hands. Angie is unlike other managers and actually gave me realistic advice as well as her very own personal experience with renting that made me feel more at ease when shopping around. She made sure all of my questions were answered and even answered questions after when I was making my decision to choose a place in the Orlando area. Neighborhood seems quiet and all common areas looked clean and updated ! Review from 1/24/17 on Google
Jan 2017: Came to Park 9 to look for somewhere to live. I was really impressed with XXXX because she gave me all the information needed even though they didn't have availability for the fall. The property is really nice and seems like a quite place to live! All of the ladies in the office are sweet and really know how to take care of the residents. They always have smiles on their faces! I would recommend the apartments to my friends and family. Review from 1/12/17 on Google
Jan 2017: Love living at Park 9! The staff is so friendly and helpful (I always appreciate Ceaira's help with my almost daily package pickups). I have never had any problems here and always feel safe. The buildings/grounds are very well maintained and the clubhouse is very nice. There are fun resident activities almost every week- the staff is always thinking of creative ways to bring the community together. Stop by the office for a tour and some coffee. :) Review from 1/3/17 on Google
Dec 2016: Great Groundsman. They are the heart of Park 9. They work very hard to clean up after messy guests and residents. I'd like to see 24/7 or gate security and bigger parking spaces. Office staff is very friendly but sometimes they seemed a little overwhelmed during rush times. Be aware of where you park here and lock up all your belongings. Besides that, the location is great. May 2016: Park 9 has been the best apartment homes i ever lived in. The staff members are very nive and helpful. Its a place i enjoy coming home to. :) Review from 5/11/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: Park 9 has by far the best service and office employees I've ever delt with! Incredibly happy and warm individuals that truly care about you as a resident. The apartment is maintained in a great looking fashion and they proceed to make upgrades! If you ever have questions or concerns they will happily treat them to the best of their abilities to ensure us residents are continually happy! don't sleep on park 9, they rock! Loving my new place! Review from 5/9/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: I've lived at Park 9 for almost 5 years and I still enjoy it. The staff are wonderful and easy to work with and I really like the location. I'm close to the Little Econ bike trail which is great for exercising. And I like being close to Waterford, Downtown, and Winter Park. Review from 5/9/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: I have been living in Park 9 with my roommates for a little over 2 yrs now. I have to say that I have seen park 9 go through some changes but they have definitely been for the best. They painted the buildings, redid the parking lot (which wasn't an easy process but it does look so much better now!), added more grills, and got the gates working!!! People still break them sometimes but they seem to be repairing them fast. They do a great job keeping the grounds and with all of this you would think Park 9 is a newly built community! Review from 7/6/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: We've been living at Park 9 for 2 years now and we are renewing our lease again. The management and staff are courteous and willing to give the extra mile for their residents. They work to make the community living a memorable experience and retain all the residents through the years. Review from 7/1/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: The staff is very friendly, although maintenance could have been better. One of the maintenance workers would barge into the apartments whenever he felt suitable when it came to an order being answered. Me & my bf felt like we had no privacy for being on our owns for the first time. That employee has been long gone since he's been reported for several issues. The new gates are a good investment put forth, I don't like how people can still follow in behind me when I put in my code, although I understand there may be others entering the same fate as me.
