The apartment is 🎇clean, fully furnished, and has a balcony with a nice view of a cute courtyard. It is in a nice location where there isn’t much noise, so it’s great for studying. Roommates are 👩 female. The complex has a resort-style 🏊 pool, hr fitness center, basketball & volleyball courts, and study rooms. There is also a free💛 UCF🚌 shuttle that goes back & forth between campus every mins. It is also close to Valencia College and Full Sail University.
It is a year lease, from Aug. - July , and move-in date for UHouse is Aug. th.
